She has developed our existing health and safety management systems, coordinated and lead on the updates of our policies and procedures in readiness for our various accreditations including helping us improve our score for Achilles. She has also conducted regular site inspections, contributed in the reduction of our accidents rates by implementing proactive solutions, promoted an open door policy, delivered staff training, prepared and coordinated our health and hand arm vibration monitoring and arranged and hosted our health and safety committee and management meetings.
